The Beauty Fixes by Nae mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Beauty Fixes by Nae (“Beauty Fixes by Nae,” “we,” or “us”). By consenting to Beauty Fixes by Nae’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Beauty Fixes by Nae through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Beauty Fixes by Nae. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18887789536 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Beauty Fixes by Nae mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

"Payment Policy"
Beauty Fixes by Nae accepts the following forms of payment methods: PayPal, Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Mastercard, AMEX, Visa, and Cash. The processing of your order begins upon full completion of your payment. We also offer installment payments through Shop Pay for orders over a specific amount. Express checkout features are also available to you to make your shopping experience quicker and more efficient.
"Shipping Policy"
All orders will be processed in the order that they are received. For order-ready items, we offer same day shipping by 3pm PST. Otherwise, processing times will take 1-3 business days. This time includes manufacturing, quality assurance, and other inspections before your items are sent out. Shipping times are 3-5 business days. Note: We are closed on Sundays! Please see our posted business hours via our "Contact" page for more information. Orders placed on Saturdays after 3pm PST will result in shipping your items the upcoming Monday. In any event that your items are delayed, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the delay (usually 48 hours after placing an order). All shipments will be processed through United States Postal Services. We offer First Class and Priority Mail options for your convenience.
Free shipping is offered occasionally over a varied dollar amount. If you are concerned about delayed shipping, a priority shipping option is available to you for purchase in checkout. Following the placement of your order, you will receive a tracking number via the provided email used during checkout to know when your order is in transit, and when it has been delivered. Please make sure that the email used during your checkout is the same email that you want to be on file for tracking to receive updates. We track along with you always!
As you are tracking your order, we are also tracking with you to ensure that your delivery process goes well. If any delivery issues arise, and your items do not reach you, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to form a solution within 48 hours. "Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy"
We DO NOT accept exchanges or returns under any condition. Beauty Fixes by Nae distributes handmade and personal care items. Therefore, we DO NOT accept items back even if unopened. You are welcome to dispose of the items at your own discretion. All sales are final! Following the processing and shipment of your order, no refunds will be issued. If any refund is issued following shipment, it will be to our discretion following the full investigation and proof of a defective product, or mishap done on our behalf. Your refund will be issued in the form of a gift card for the value of the defective item. If any issues occur with your order, please contact us immediately and let us try our best to accommodate your request.
"Product Policy"
Beauty Fixes by Nae offers a wide range of natural beauty products for personal care beauty routines. All lip care and body care products are handmade, except lip liner, so be sure that you are following all product precautions as well as using them within the recommended shelf life for the best results. Order-ready batches are made for inventory most times, but we also make batches as they are ordered. Always perform a patch test with each product and do not ignore this step, as you may be allergic to an ingredient.
Patch Test: Please perform a patch test on a small area of skin for each product before use. This will allow you to assess a product before actual usage to ensure that you are not allergic to any ingredients. If any irritation or rashes occur, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical assistance if needed. Please check our ingredient lists [under product descriptions] before purchasing.
"Intellectual Property Rights Provision"
This site and its original content, features, logos, product names, photos, and functionality are owned by Beauty Fixes by Nae and are protected by copyright, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. "Termination"
Misuse of this site or these services or these policies herein will result in termination from www.beautyfixesbynae.com. If you as a user do not comply with the whole agreement herein this site, services, or policies, DO NOT use this site.
