2. Are your products pregnancy-safe?

Yes, we have products that are pregnancy-safe. However, we do not recommend pregnant women using our medicated lip gloss options as they contain essential oils (peppermint). All other products are completely safe for pregnant women. Please check our ingredient list before purchasing.

3. Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted. We are a company that offers handmade and personal care items. Therefore, it is not recommended for you to send back an item that has been in your possession due to safety precautions. However, if an item is defective, please contact us immediately so that we may fix the issue. In any case that a replacement is issued, it is at our discretion after a full investigation with proof of a defective product/mishap from us.

4. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Processing times will take approximately 1-3 business days after receiving your initial payment. Shipping times will take approximately 1-2 business days after processing your order. The combined processing and shipping time is 3-5 days. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, and orders placed on Saturdays can result in a slight delay. If there is any delay in getting your order to you, we will notify you immediately, and form a solution.

Yes, we offer free shipping over a certain dollar amount. However, if you're concerned about heavy delays, priority shipping is available for purchase upon your request during checkout. Please choose the best option for you based on your important deadlines.

6. How can I track my package?

Each shipped order will contain a tracking number that will be given directly to you via the provided email at checkout. You may track your order through email, the Shop app, or the carrier's tracking page with your given tracking number. We also track packages along with customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. If any delivery issues arise, we will contact you to form a solution within 24-48 hours.
