Beauty Fixes by Nae accepts the following forms of payment methods: PayPal, Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Mastercard, Visa, and Cash. The processing of your order begins upon full completion of your payment. Express checkout features are also available to you to make your shopping experience quicker and more efficient.

All orders will be processed in the order that they are received. Processing times will take approximately 1-3 business days. This includes quality assurance, and other inspections before your items are sent out. Shipping times are approximately 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available over a certain order amount. If you are concerned about delayed shipping, a priority shipping option is available to you for purchase in checkout. Following the placement of your order, you will receive a tracking number via the provided email used during checkout. Please make sure that this is the email you want to be on file for tracking to receive updates. We track along with you! As you are tracking your order, we are also tracking with you to ensure that your delivery process went well. If any delivery issues arrive, and your items do not reach you, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to form a solution within 48 hours. Note: We are closed on Sundays. Please see our posted business hours via our "Contact Us" page. Orders placed on Saturdays will result in us shipping your items the upcoming Monday. In any event that event that your items are further delayed, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the delay. All shipments will be processed through United States Postal Services. We offer First Class and Priority Mail options for your convenience.

We DO NOT accept exchanges or returns under any condition. Because we distribute handmade and personal care items, we do not accept items back. All sales are final! Following the processing and shipment of your order, no refunds will be issued. If any refund is issued following a shipment, it will be to our discretion following the full investigation and proof of a defective product, or mishap done on our behalf. Your refund will be issued in the form of a gift card for the value of the defective item. If any issues occur with your order, please contact us immediately and let us try our best to accommodate your request. 

Beauty Fixes by Nae offers a wide range of luxurious beauty products for personal care routines. All lip care and body care products are handmade, so be sure that you are following all product precautions as well as using them within the recommended shelf life. Batches are made for inventory most times, but we also make batches as they are ordered. Always perform a patch test with each product and do not ignore this step, as you may be allergic to an ingredient. Patch Test: Please perform a patch test on a small area of skin for each product before use. This will allow you to test a product before actual usage to ensure that you are not allergic to any ingredients. If any irritation or rashes occur, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical assistance as needed. Please check our ingredient lists [under product descriptions] before purchasing.

This site and its original content, features, logos, product names, photos, and functionality are owned by Beauty Fixes by Nae and are protected by copyright, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. DO NOT duplicate anything seen on this site.
